Recognition of merit

Following a long-standing tradition, the Academic Order of Merit in Culture and the Arts Ensemble of Songs and Dances of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation holds a general meeting of the collective on the eve of the summer vacation season.

At the meeting held on July 1, 2026, the artistic director and chief conductor of the Ensemble, People's Artist of Russia, Major General, and Hero of Labor of Russia Viktor Petrovich Eliseev, summarized the creative activities of the ensemble for the period from January to June 2026. He proudly noted the consistently high level of the artists’ performing skills and the Ensemble’s rich concert program, which was highly successful with the audience, including during the tour performances across the country and performances at the country’s iconic venues – the State Kremlin Palace, the Tchaikovsky Concert Hall, the Great Hall of the Conservatory, the Church Cathedral Hall of the Cathedral of Christ the Savior, as well as at the Main Clinical Hospital of the National Guard in Balashikha. He emphasized the great contribution of the Ensemble’s artists to the patriotic education of the younger generation and the support of the military personnel’s fighting spirit.

Victor Eliseev praised the well-coordinated work of the Ensemble's choir, orchestra, and ballet group, which made each concert program a vibrant and emotionally charged event that touched the hearts of the audience and united generations of Russians. He noted that the Ensemble's performances had been highly praised by the country's leadership and the National Guard. In June 2026, the Commander-in-Chief of the National Guard of the Russian Federation, Hero of Russia, Army General Viktor Zolotov, presented the Ensemble with a Certificate of Appreciation from the President of Russia.

«The meeting of our team is solemn, but a little sad» – noted in his speech Victor Eliseev – «because at once four People's Artists of Russia in these dvni finish their creative activity in the Ensemble. These are the chief choirmaster of the Ensemble Lyudmila Viktorovna Bogomolova, the oldest soloist (who has worked in the ensemble for exactly 53 years, since the founding of the Ensemble) Vladimir Konstantinovich Romanov, one of the leading soloists of the Ensemble Grigory Pavlovich Pinyasov, and Lolitta Vyacheslavovna Semenina – the soloist of the Ensemble, who has performed outstanding works from the repertoire of world opera classics in the Ensemble's concert programs."

Viktor Eliseev thanked the artists for their many years of work in the Ensemble and their selfless dedication to their work. He emphasized that their talent, energy, and high level of professionalism have greatly contributed to the fact that the work of the Rosgvardia Song and Dance Ensemble is known and loved not only in every corner of our vast Motherland, but also in many foreign countries. Viktor Petrovich presented L.V. Bogomolova, V.K. Romanov, G.P. Pinyasov, and L.V. Semenina with certificates of appreciation and commemorative gifts.

Viktor Petrovich also noted the importance of the multifaceted and harmonious development of the artists and employees of the Ensemble, as well as the need for participation in sports and cultural events. He presented certificates of merit to the winners of the chess tournament held at the Ensemble.

In the final part of the event, Victor Eliseev wished all members of the team entrusted to him a good vacation, good health, and strength to solve new creative tasks facing the Ensemble.
