The performance of the Ensemble took place at the Rosgvardiya boxing Championship "Victory Cup"

June 2025 was marked by an important event in the sports life of the Federal Service of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation – the Victory Cup boxing Championship of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation was held in Moscow.

The tournament, dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, was attended by more than 70 of the strongest boxers of the Russian Guard from all over the country.

The final of the Rosgvardiya boxing championship "Victory Cup" was held on June 6, 2025 in Moscow at the Krylia Sovetov sports Complex.

Among the guests of the event were winners and prize-winners of the Russian, European, world and Olympic Championships, veterans of the special military operation. The athletes 'skills were evaluated by judges from the Russian Boxing Federation"

At the closing ceremony of the championship, the Academic Song and Dance Ensemble of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation under the direction of artistic director and chief conductor, People's Artist of Russia, Major General, Hero of Labor of Russia Viktor Eliseev and the Rosgvardiya Exemplary Orchestra performed. Military musicians performed patriotic songs by Soviet authors and popular contemporary works.

The performance of the Rosgvardiya Song and Dance Ensemble was opened with the performance of the vocal and choreographic composition "Valor and Honor" (music and words by A. Zaitsev, staged by the Honored Artist of the Republic of North Ossetia – Alania Ivan Zhelnov, soloist – Honored Artist of Russia Alexey Dmitriev).

Musical numbers became a wonderful gift for athletes and fans of the competition: "Song of the Gunners "(T. Khrennikov, V. Gusev, performed by the choir and orchestra of the Ensemble), " Song of War Correspondents "(M. Blanter – K. Simonov, soloist – Honored Artist of the Republic of Dagestan Alexey Kholyavko), "Smuglyanka" (A. Novikov – Ya. Shvedov, soloist-Honored Artist of the Republic of Ingushetia Grigory Yakovlev) medley on the themes of soldiers 'songs" Soldier's Suite "(composition by A. Kukharenko, soloists-Honored Artist of the Kabardino-Balkar Republic Alexander Kochov, Honored Artist of the Republic of Ingushetia Igor Safonov, Honored Artists of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania Mikhail Zaraev and Evgeny Yakhin, Honored Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan Ruslan Abdrafikov, soloists of the Ensemble: Konstantin Kuzmin, Alexey Bosykh, Mikhail Mamonov, Viktor Lezhnin),

Warm, lyrical notes were added to the whole atmosphere of the event by the performance of the soloist of the Ensemble, People's Artist of Russia Natalia Eliseeva of the song "What were You Like" from the film " Kuban Cossacks "(music by I. Dunaevsky, poems by M. Isakovsky and M. Volpin).

The performance of the Rosgvardia Song and Dance Ensemble, led by Viktor Eliseev, was concluded with Oleg Gazmanov's song "I Was Born in the Soviet Union" (performed by Alexey Dmitriev and Alexey Kholyavko).

The concert was conducted by the Honored Artist of Russia, Honored Worker of Culture of the Russian Federation, Colonel Igor Shustikov.

The event was organized by the Federal Service of National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation and the Russian Boxing Federation.

The ensemble performed in the capital of Chuvashia

After a triumphant performance in Nizhny Novgorod, the Academic Order of Merit for Culture and Art of the Song and Dance Ensemble of the National Guard of the Russian Federation arrived in Cheboksary, the capital of the Republic of Chuvashia. Cheboksary is an ancient Volga city that celebrated its 550th birthday in 2025. From 1708 to 1920 Cheboksary was a county town of Kazan province, and in 1925 acquired the status of the capital of the Republic of Chuvashia. The city has been repeatedly recognized as one of the most well‑developed in Russia. Today it is the administrative, industrial, scientific, and cultural center of Chuvashia. The work of the Academic Order “For Merit in Culture and Art” Song and Dance Ensemble of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation, under the direction of the artistic director and chief conductor, People’s Artist of Russia, Hero of Labour of Russia, Major General Viktor Eliseev, is well known to the residents of Cheboksary. The renowned military ensemble has performed many times in the capital of Chuvashia. On the stage of the Republican Center for Folk Art “DK Traktorostroiteley” on September 3, 2026, the Ensemble’s collective presented a new concert program, prepared for the 10th anniversary of the establishment of the Federal Service of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation and the 210th anniversary of the law enforcement troops. The packed hall was filled with city residents, labor veterans, participants in the special military operation, Rosgvardia employees, and members of their families. Among the honoured guests of the event were the Head of the Chuvash Republic, Oleg Nikolaev, members of the Government of the Chuvash Republic, and representatives of public organizations.

The ensemble gave a concert in Nizhny Novgorod

As part of the tour by the Academic Order “For Merit in Culture and Art” Song and Dance Ensemble of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation, under the direction of the artistic director and chief conductor, People’s Artist of Russia, Hero of Labour of Russia, Major General Viktor Eliseev, concerts were successfully held in Uglich and Kostroma in late August 2026. On the first day of September, the ensemble performed for the residents and guests of Nizhny Novgorod. The residents of Nizhny Novgorod carefully preserve the historical memory of the city’s heroic past — the people’s militia led by Minin and Pozharsky in 1612, the militia of 1812, and the heroic labour efforts of the townspeople during the Great Patriotic War. Thanks to its favourable geographical location — at the confluence of the Volga and Oka rivers — Nizhny Novgorod became the country’s main trading hub as early as the 19th century, a “bridge” between Europe and Asia. The city’s residents are proud of the names of their great compatriots – the inventor Ivan Kulibin, the writer Maxim Gorky, the mathematician Nikolai Lobachevsky, the pilots Valery Chkalov and Pyotr Nesterov, the actor Evgeny Evstigneev, and many others. And Nizhny Novgorod is also called the capital of sunsets (this brand was officially registered by Rospatent in 2026).
