The solemn meeting and festive concert dedicated to the 42nd anniversary of the formation of the Special Purpose Mixed Aviation Regiment of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation took place on June 9, 2023, in the city of Shchelkovo, Moscow Region.

The festive event at the club regiment began with the introduction of the State Flag of the Russian Federation and the Banner Mixed Aviation Regiment of Special Purpose of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation.

Among those present were military personnel and regiment staff, combatants, and internal service veterans.

Colonel Andrey Strelnikov, commander of the regiment, addressed the audience with a welcoming speech. He congratulated the servicemen on the 42nd anniversary of the formation of the regiment and noted the special role of the flight, technical personnel and military personnel participating in the special military operation, who, following the glorious traditions, demonstrate courage, loyalty to duty and oath.

For their initiative and high performance in combat, professional, and service training, the regiment's most distinguished soldiers received departmental awards and commendations. Representatives from the Shchelkovo administration and the Moscow Regional Duma presented letters of appreciation and gifts to the soldiers and staff of the regiment.

On this significant day, the command staff and military personnel of the regiment congratulated the Academic Ensemble of Song and Dance of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation, led by the artistic director and chief conductor, People's Artist of Russia, Major General Viktor Eliseev.

At the beginning of the festive concert, the song "I Love you, Russia" by composer David Tukhmanov to poems by Mikhail Nozhkin was performed by the leading soloist of the Ensemble-People's Artist of Russia Vladimir Romanov.

"Prince Orlovsky's Toast" from Johann Strauss's operetta "The Bat" was beautifully performed by the Ensemble's soloist, Honored Artist of the Republic of Ingushetia Grigory Yakovlev. He also sang "It's Time to Set Off" from the film "The Celestial Tardis" (V. Solovyov-Sedoy - S. Fogelson).

Honored Artist of the Kabardino-Balkaria Republic Alexander Kokhov performed the lyrical song "A Corner of Russia" (music by Vladimir Shainsky, lyrics by Ekaterina Sheveleva)

Nikita Bogoslovsky's song based on the poem "Lizaveta" by Evgeny Dolmatovsky from the film "Alexander Parkhomenko" was performed by the People's Artist of Russia Grigory Pinyasov.

The popular song about Moscow "The Best City on Earth" (music by Arno Babajanyan, lyrics by Leonid Derbenyov) was performed by the soloist of the Ensemble Dmitry Dolgiy.

The audience warmly welcomed the soloists of the Ensemble with prolonged applause.

The Balalaika Quartet (leader – Ivan Stepanov) virtuosically performed the "Gaidai Suite" on the themes of songs from the films: "Dog Barbos and an Unusual Cross", "Operation Y and Other Adventures of Shurik", "Prisoner of the Caucasus", "Ivan Vasilyevich Changes Profession".

The choreographic group of the Ensemble performed original dance numbers: "On the bridge" (staged by the People's Artist of the USSR, M. M.).Godenko, arranged by M. Pressa), sailor's dance "Yablochko".

The concert ended with the song "To Serve Russia" (music by E. Khank, lyrics by I. Reznik) performed by People's Artist of Russia Vladimir Romanov and all participants of the festive concert.

The grateful audience gave the artists a long and loud round of applause. The concert was hosted by the Ensemble's artist Roman Khudyakov.

Choir group of the Children's Ensemble at the "Voices of Victory. Leningrad" competition

The choir group of the studio (children's ensemble) took part in the International competition "Voices of Victory. Leningrad", which was held from 8 to 11 May in St. Petersburg. In this competition, teams and solo performers from more than 10 cities competed. The choir group performed in the mixed age category and sang the songs "Childhood" by Y. Chichkov and "I Want There to Be No War" by A. Petryasheva. The jury highly appreciated the performance level of the children. As a result of the competition, the studio's choir group (children's ensemble) won the Grand Prix of the competition, and its choirmasters, Tatiana Pankova, Alexander Mironov, and Daniil Krylov, received special diplomas for their achievements in teaching!

Mixed Choir of the Children's Ensemble at the X Festival of Veteran Choirs

On May 10, 2026, the mixed choir of the studio (children's ensemble) performed at the opening gala concert of the 10th Moscow Open Festival of Veteran Choirs, dedicated to the 85th anniversary of the Battle of Moscow, in the Great Hall of the Meridian Central Concert Hall. The choir performed the following works: "The Song of the Soviet Army" by A. Alexandrov, lyrics by O. Kolychev, "Only You Could, My Russia" by S. Tulikov, lyrics by G. Khodosov, the Patriotic Song "Moscow" by M. Glinka, and "Be Happy, People!" by A. Pakhmutova, lyrics by N. Dobronravov. The event opened with a performance by the combined choirs of all the participating choirs, which included the songs "My Moscow" by I. Dunaevsky, lyrics by M. Lisyansky, "The Song of the Defenders of Moscow" by B. Mokrousov, lyrics by A. Surkov, and "My Dear Muscovites" by I. Dunaevsky, lyrics by V. Massa and M. Chevinsky.
