"The voice. Children " - The ensemble took part in a popular vocal TV show

The music competition "The Voice. Children", in which performers aged 7 to 14 participate, has remained one of the most popular shows on Channel One of Russian television for 10 years.

The 11th season of the TV show started in September 2024. Behind them are 7 episodes of "Blind Auditions" and 3 episodes of "Duels", and today - November 15 - TV viewers saw the only episode of the decisive Additional stage, in which the 3rd finalist of the competition was determined.

At this stage, the Academic Order "For Merit in Culture and Art" Song and Dance Ensemble of the Troops of the National Guard of the Russian Federation took part in the vocal TV show under the direction of the artistic director and chief conductor, People's Artist of Russia, Major General Viktor Eliseev.

Accompanied by the Ensemble choir, a solo performance by 12-year-old Said Galiullin from Kazan, a protégé of Jony's mentor, took place.

The legendary "Smuglyanka" (music by Anatoly Novikov, lyrics by Yakov Shvedov) performed by Said Galiullin and the Ensemble choir became, without exaggeration, the highlight of the competition program and brought the young artist a well-deserved victory in a fair fight with worthy rivals - Alsu Ulukhanova and Alexandra Tatyukhina.

Despite his young age, Said Galiullin is the winner of 36 international and all-Russian competitions, the holder of 12 grand prix, and also — the holder of the Raisa scholarship of the Republic of Tatarstan and several prestigious awards, including the "Artist-Patriot" medal (Sevastopol).

Tens of thousands of viewers watched with excitement the performance of the participants of the additional stage of the music competition live on Channel One. The overwhelming majority (almost 60%!) of them voted for Said Galiullin. However, the most passionate fan was, of course, Said's mother - Elvira Ilgizarovna Salakhova - a teacher at the Children's Art School No. 2 in Kazan, a laureate of the IV All-Russian competition of professional pedagogical performing skills "PRIZVANIE" in the nomination "Vocal performance (academic singing)" in 2023.

Elvira Ilgizarovna is not only Said's mother, but also his teacher, and his brilliant victory today is, of course, her merit!

The Ensemble team congratulates Said Galiullin on his next achievement and wishes him victory in the final of the "Voice. Children" competition, which will take place in a week - on November 22, 2024.

The ensemble performed in the capital of Chuvashia

After a triumphant performance in Nizhny Novgorod, the Academic Order of Merit for Culture and Art of the Song and Dance Ensemble of the National Guard of the Russian Federation arrived in Cheboksary, the capital of the Republic of Chuvashia. Cheboksary is an ancient Volga city that celebrated its 550th birthday in 2025. From 1708 to 1920 Cheboksary was a county town of Kazan province, and in 1925 acquired the status of the capital of the Republic of Chuvashia. The city has been repeatedly recognized as one of the most well‑developed in Russia. Today it is the administrative, industrial, scientific, and cultural center of Chuvashia. The work of the Academic Order “For Merit in Culture and Art” Song and Dance Ensemble of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation, under the direction of the artistic director and chief conductor, People’s Artist of Russia, Hero of Labour of Russia, Major General Viktor Eliseev, is well known to the residents of Cheboksary. The renowned military ensemble has performed many times in the capital of Chuvashia. On the stage of the Republican Center for Folk Art “DK Traktorostroiteley” on September 3, 2026, the Ensemble’s collective presented a new concert program, prepared for the 10th anniversary of the establishment of the Federal Service of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation and the 210th anniversary of the law enforcement troops. The packed hall was filled with city residents, labor veterans, participants in the special military operation, Rosgvardia employees, and members of their families. Among the honoured guests of the event were the Head of the Chuvash Republic, Oleg Nikolaev, members of the Government of the Chuvash Republic, and representatives of public organizations.

The ensemble gave a concert in Nizhny Novgorod

As part of the tour by the Academic Order “For Merit in Culture and Art” Song and Dance Ensemble of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation, under the direction of the artistic director and chief conductor, People’s Artist of Russia, Hero of Labour of Russia, Major General Viktor Eliseev, concerts were successfully held in Uglich and Kostroma in late August 2026. On the first day of September, the ensemble performed for the residents and guests of Nizhny Novgorod. The residents of Nizhny Novgorod carefully preserve the historical memory of the city’s heroic past — the people’s militia led by Minin and Pozharsky in 1612, the militia of 1812, and the heroic labour efforts of the townspeople during the Great Patriotic War. Thanks to its favourable geographical location — at the confluence of the Volga and Oka rivers — Nizhny Novgorod became the country’s main trading hub as early as the 19th century, a “bridge” between Europe and Asia. The city’s residents are proud of the names of their great compatriots – the inventor Ivan Kulibin, the writer Maxim Gorky, the mathematician Nikolai Lobachevsky, the pilots Valery Chkalov and Pyotr Nesterov, the actor Evgeny Evstigneev, and many others. And Nizhny Novgorod is also called the capital of sunsets (this brand was officially registered by Rospatent in 2026).
