Congratulations to Murmansk residents on the 79th anniversary of the victory in the Arctic

The creativity of the "Yeliseyevites" is well known to the residents of Murmansk and the region - the concert performances of the famous group are always held here with great success. Held on October 18, 2023 on the stage of the Murmansk Regional Philharmonic, the concert of the Academic Ensemble of Song and Dance of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation concert became one of the central events of the solemn events dedicated to the memorable date.

The guests of honor at the festive concert were veterans of the Great Patriotic War, submarine sailors, and home front workers – all those who contributed to the victory through their military and labor feats during the harsh years of war. Among those present in the Philharmonic Hall were also many members of the Russian National Guard and their families.

The concert program is based on patriotic works and songs of the war years: "I love you, Russia" (soloist-Alexey Kholyavko), "March of the Gunners" (performed by the choir), "Song of the frontline driver" (soloist-Evgeny Yakhin), "Song of War Correspondents" (soloist-Boris Dyakov), "Smuglyanka" (soloist-Mikhail Mamonov), " For Donbass "(soloist – Alexey Kholyavko), medley on the themes of soldiers 'songs" Soldier's Suite", vocal and choreographic composition" Valor and Honor " (soloist-Honored Artist of Russia Alexey Dmitriev).

The audience was delighted with the ballet company's vivid performance of the following choreographic compositions: "Victory Dance," "Golden Khokhloma," "Yabloko," and "Gypsy Fantasy" (soloists: Honored Artist of Russia Alexey Dmitriev, Evgeny Nasonov).

One of the Ensemble's distinctive features is the diversity of its repertoire, as the ensemble excellently performs in all genres of music. The program of today's concert organically combined such different works as the Russian romance " Not for Me "(soloist-Honored Artist of the Republic of Ingushetia Igor Safonov), folk songs "Skakal Kazak" (soloist – Dmitry Dolgiy), "Peddlers" (soloist – Evgeny Nasonov), "Unhitch, lads, horses" (soloist-Kirill Nikitin), the popular comic song "I'll take you to the tundra" by M. Fradkin and M. Plyatskovsky in the original performance of the Honored Workers of Culture of the Republic of Buryatia Ruslan Samozhapov and Norpol Tsydenov and many other popular vocal compositions.

The concert traditionally ended with the "Farewell to the Slav" march by V. Agapkin and V. Lazarev, performed by the Ensemble's choir and orchestra.

The audience applauded for a long time.
