Head of the orchestra from 1994 to 2010, permanent member of the jury of the All-Russian Festival of Song and Dance Ensembles of the regional commands of the VNG of the Russian Federation. V.I.Kuznetsov is the author of dozens of arrangements performed by the Ensemble. Over the years of his leadership, he has prepared several concert programs. Having extensive conducting experience and outstanding pedagogical abilities, he implements them in his current work with orchestra musicians and works as a conductor.
