CHILDREN'S BALLET

The winner of the 2025 VIII National Prize for Children's Patriotic Creativity is the Children's Ballet of the Academic Ensemble of Songs and Dances of the Russian National Guard. The ensemble is actively engaged in creative concert activities.

The Children's Ballet's repertoire includes a wide range of Russian solo and group dances, national dances from Russia and other countries, children's dances, and modern productions. The extensive concert activities, which involve all age groups, require the children to adapt quickly to the constantly evolving repertoire, mobilizing the creative and emotional abilities of each member of the ensemble.

One of the priorities in the creative life of the children's collective is the military-patriotic focus of the choreographic programs. Mass numbers have taken a full-fledged place in the repertoire, giving every young dancer the opportunity to express themselves regardless of their age or level of choreographic training.

Creative meetings with the audience are held at the best venues in Moscow, such as the State Kremlin Palace, the Rossiya Concert Hall in Luzhniki, the Church Cathedral Hall in the Cathedral of Christ the Savior, the Concert Hall of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the Children's Creativity Centers.

The children's ballet of the Rosgvardia Ensemble is a multiple winner and laureate of the choreographic competitions "In the Name of Life on Earth", the Moscow ethnographic festival of music and dance "Timonia", "Open Planet", "Relay of Arts", "Scarlet Sails", and many others. The team participated in the celebration of the 60th anniversary of the Russian-Chinese Society's friendship in China.

In the summer of 2016, 2018, 2019, and in the winter of 2022, the children from the Children's Ballet, together with the Commonwealth Foundation, held very interesting, eventful, and educational creative sessions at the best Children's Health Center, Artek, where they watched the selection contest for the Children's Eurovision and the Children's New Wave, and took part in the grand celebration of Russia Day, International Friends Day, Artek's Birthday, the New Year of 2022, and the creative filming of Artek's and the Commonwealth Foundation's music videos.

We are waiting for fun and creative boys and girls aged 5 and older who love to dance, as well as older children with choreographic training. The training is free.
