On the eve of International Women's Day on March 8, festive events dedicated to the fair sex are held throughout the country. Today, it is difficult to find a profession that would be beyond the capabilities of Russian women. Modern Russian women are highly qualified specialists who successfully combine a professional career with motherhood and caring for their families.
It is difficult to overestimate the importance of women in the judicial system of the Russian Federation. And it is not only a matter of numerical superiority (the share of women in the Russian judicial corps is about 70%), but, above all, of the best qualities that have always distinguished Russian women - their responsible attitude to work, high professionalism, morality, patience, modesty, discipline, and readiness to steadfastly follow the principles of legality and justice. It is not for nothing that they say that today the Russian Themis has a female face.
A festive concert dedicated to the celebration of International Women's Day took place on March 6, 2024 in the Moscow City Court.
Created more than 90 years ago, the Moscow City Court today is the largest court in the Russian Federation, the most important body for the protection of constitutional rights and freedoms of citizens, the guarantor of legality, humanity and justice.
The ceremonial event was attended by judges and employees of the Moscow City Court, veterans of the judicial system. The majority of those gathered were representatives of the fair sex.
The concert was opened by the song "We want to tell you honestly" (Sergey Dyachkov - Mikhail Nozhkin), beloved by several generations of Russians, performed by the choir and orchestra of the Academic Order "For Merit in Culture and Art" Song and Dance Ensemble of the Troops of the National Guard of the Russian Federation under the direction of the artistic director and chief conductor, People's Artist of Russia, Major General Viktor Eliseev.
Each concert program of the Ensembleis a whole scattering of musical works of different genres - from folk songs, works of world classical music to modern fiery vocal and choreographic compositions. Although, of course, songs of military-patriotic themes always prevail.
Medley on the themes of soldiers' songs (composition by A. Kukharenko; soloists - Honored Artist of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic Alexander Kokhov, Honored Artist of the Republic of Ingushetia Igor Safonov, Honored Artists of the Republic of North Ossetia - Alania: Mikhail Zaraevand Evgeniy Yakhin, soloists of the Ensemble: Konstantin Kuzmin, Denis Khludnev, Alexey Bosykh, Mikhail Mamonov and Viktor Lezhnin), the legendary “Smuglyanka” (A. The audience also applauded the vocal octet of the Ensemble (directed by Honored Artist of Russia Sergei Bazylko), who performed the popular composition "I'll go out into the field with a horse at night" (I. Matvienko - A. Shaganov) and the song "Argo" (A. Basilia - D. Bagashvili) from the musical "The Argonauts".
The balalaika quartet under the direction of Ivan Stepanov brilliantly performed the instrumental composition "Old Banjo" (A. Gurevich - A. Isaev).
As always, the audience warmly welcomed the original performance of the comic song "I'll Take You to the Tundra" (M. Fradkin - M. Plyatskovsky, soloists - Honored Artist of the Republic of Buryatia Ruslan Samozhapov and Honored Artist of the Republic of Ingushetia Alexander Buzganov) and the sparkling vocal and choreographic compositionposition "Gypsy Fantasy" (composition and arrangement by I. Golubev and I. Kadomtsev, choreography by Artur Bogdanov, soloists - People's Artist of Russia Natalia Eliseeva, Honored Artist of Russia Alexey Dmitriev, soloist of the Ensemble Evgeny Nasonov).
The festive atmosphere was best conveyed by the world-famous hit by Stas Namin to the lyrics by Igor Shaferan "We wish you happiness" (soloist - Honored Artist of Russia Alexey Dmitriev).
The concert was hosted by Honored Worker of Culture of the Russian Federation, Honored Artist of Russia, Colonel Igor Shustikov.
Among the honored guests of the event were the Chairman of the Council of Judges of the capital — Judge of the Moscow City Court Larisa Fyodorovna Polyakova is a living example of a woman who has achieved the highest success in her profession, and the Chairman of the Moscow City Court Mikhail Yuryevich Ptitsyn. At the end of the concert, M.Yu. Ptitsyn addressed the artists of the Song and Dance Ensemble of the Russian Guard and its artistic director and chief conductor - People's Artist of Russia, Major General Viktor Petrovich Eliseev - with words of gratitude for the wonderful musical gift to the beautiful half of the Moscow City Court team, dedicated to International Women's Day on March 8. He congratulated his female colleagues on the upcoming holiday, thanked them for their enormous contribution to the work of the Moscow City Court and wished them further professional success and great personal happiness.
In his response, Viktor Eliseev expressed gratitude to the staff and management of the Moscow City Court for the warm welcome and wished the servants (and especially the servants!) of Themis great success in their very difficult, very responsible and very important work, good health and family well-being.LATEST NEWS
