The creativity of the Academic Order of Merit in Culture and Arts of the Ensemble of Songs and Dances of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation, led by the Artistic Director and Chief Conductor, People's Artist of Russia, Major General, and Hero of Labor of Russia Viktor Eliseev, is well-known and beloved in every corner of our vast Motherland. It is difficult to find a region on the country's map where the artists of this renowned ensemble have not performed. In April 2026, the Ensemble traveled to the city of Perm, located at the crossroads of European Russia and Siberia, between the fertile Zakamye region and the vast taiga.

Anyone who has visited Perm will be left with an unforgettable impression of this ancient city. The natural beauty of the region is complemented by the elegance of its historical architecture and the modern urban landscapes. However, the true treasure of the Perm region lies in its people, who are known for their hard work, sincerity, hospitality, and deep love for their homeland.

Two concerts of the Ensemble were held in Perm with great success:

On April 7, a concert was held at the Iskra Palace of Culture for cadets of the Perm Military Institute of the National Guard of the Russian Federation and personnel of the Perm Garrison of the National Guard of the Russian Federation. The concert was dedicated to the 215th anniversary of the formation of the Law Enforcement Troops and the 10th anniversary of the formation of the National Guard of the Russian Federation.
