The International Festival of Folk Art "Dance and Sing, My Russia!" is an annual celebration of peace and goodness, in which the best academic choirs and dance groups from Russia and neighboring countries traditionally take part. The festival aims to unite the peoples of Russia through a universal "language" of song, music, and dance.

In December 2021, for the fourth time, the Festival was held at the main concert venue in Moscow, the State Kremlin Palace.

The festive concert held at the Kremlin on December 8, 2021, opened with the choreographic composition "Multinational Carousel" (directed by V. Slykhanova) performed by the Moscow State Academic Gzhel Dance Theatre.

A wonderful gift to the audience was the performance of the Academic Ensemble of Song and Dance of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation, led by the artistic director and chief conductor, People's Artist of Russia, Major General Viktor Eliseev. Accompanied by the Ensemble's choir, the song "You Are My Russia" by composer Serafim Tulikov, based on the lyrics by Sergey Ostrovoy, was performed by Honored Artist of Russia Natalia Eliseeva. The vibrant and unforgettable rendition of the song about Russia elicited thunderous and prolonged applause from the audience. The original dance "Winter" (directed by People's Artist of Russia Anatoly Radyuk) was very warmly received and performed by the Ensemble's ballet group.

Renowned choir and dance groups also took part in the concert: The State Volga Russian Folk Choir named after Pyotr Miloslavov, the State Academic Northern Russian Folk Choir of Arkhangelsk, the State Dance Ensemble of the Republic of Mari El, the State Academic Song and Dance Ensemble Donbass, the State Dance Theatre of Kalmykia Oirats, the V.S. Loktev Song and Dance Ensemble, the M.N. Firsov State Vocal and Choreographic Ensemble Rus, the popular Russian singer Andrey Brig, and the Red Star Song and Dance Ensemble of the Strategic Missile Forces, the Golden Pomegranate Armenian Folk Choreographic Ensemble.

The concert was hosted by Anastasia Vinokur and Mikhail Kunitsyn.

The IV International Festival of Folk Art was organized with the support of the Federal Agency for Ethnic Affairs and the House of Peoples of Russia.

The artistic director of the festival is People's Artist of Russia, Professor, Major General Viktor Eliseev.

The bright and eventful musical and dance concert program will be remembered by the audience for a long time.
