Participants of the Children's Ballet won the 1st degree in the competition "Dancing Country"

At the end of October 2024, the Children's Ballet of the Academic Ensemble of the Russian Guard went to Nizhny Novgorod to participate in the IV All-Russian Choreographic Competition-Festival "Dancing Country" 2024.

Participants of the middle and senior groups of the Children's Ballet presented 6 numbers in the "Folk Dance" category and became 1st degree Laureates in strong competition among 120 choreographic numbers of children's groups that came from all over the country. Moscow, St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Bryansk, Orel, Izhevsk, Arkhangelsk and Kazan - this is an incomplete list of cities whose work our children got acquainted with.

The intense competition day is behind us, and we got to know the Nizhny Novgorod Kremlin, walked along the embankments of the Volga, Oka and Chkalov Stairs, visited the main sights of the city, went on an excursion to Gorodets, where we had a fascinating master class on making clay whistles and even danced in the House Museum of Countess Panina.

Our busy creative holidays in Nizhny Novgorod, where we all became even closer friends - will remain in the memory of our boys and girls for a long time.
