The EXPOTECHNOSTRAZH-2021 exhibition is designed as a professional communication platform for specialists from government agencies, law enforcement agencies, industrial enterprises, and non-governmental security organizations. It is a large-scale complex of congress, exhibition, and demonstration events aimed at creating a communication environment, discussing innovative ideas, showcasing modern developments, and sharing information about achievements in the field of special equipment, technology, and weapons. The exhibition also provides a platform for showcasing high-tech solutions that enhance the capabilities of law enforcement agencies and other security organizations, as well as enterprises and corporations.

As part of the exhibition's cultural and patriotic program, there were performances, concerts, and competitions by creative groups aimed at promoting and developing cultural, moral, and historical values.

The most significant event was a grand concert by the Academic Ensemble of Songs and Dances of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation, led by the artistic director and chief conductor, People's Artist of Russia, Major General Viktor Eliseev.

The concert opened with the song "You are My Russia" by the composer Serafim Tulikov on the lyrics of Sergei Ostrovoy, performed by the ensemble's leading soloist, Honored Artist of Russia Natalia Eliseeva. The bright and unforgettable performance of the song about Russia elicited a thunderous and prolonged round of applause from the audience.

The ensemble's repertoire includes musical works of various genres: songs by Soviet composers, popular classics, folk songs, and world pop hits. But a special place in the concert programs of the collective is occupied by arable land during the Great Patriotic War. These are performed by the choir and orchestra of the ensemble "March of the Gunners "(T. Khrennikov – V. Gusev)," Song of the frontline driver "(B. Mokrousov - B. Laskin)," Song of War Correspondents " (M. Blanter – K. Simonov).

The audience received the song "The Best City on Earth" (Arno Babajanyan – Leonid Derbenyov) performed by Honored Artist of Russia Natalia Eliseeva with a special feeling.

No less interest among the audience was aroused by dance numbers – choreographic compositions “Golden Khokhloma” performed by the ballet group of the ensemble in the direction of Honored Artist of Russia Petr Kovalev.

The ensemble's soloists, including Natalia Eliseeva, Alexey Dmitriev, Alexander Vdovenko, Pavel Pushkin, and Mikhail Zaraev, performed a medley of songs from Leonid Utyosov's repertoire, arranged by the Honored Artist of Russia, A. Mazanov.

The popular song "I'm Taking You to the Tundra" by composer Mark Fradkin, with lyrics by Mikhail Plyatskovsky, performed by the ensemble's soloists, Honored Cultural Workers of the Republic of Buryatia, Ruslan Samozhapov and Narpol Tsedenov, was greatly appreciated by the audience. This cheerful song, "adorned" with Chukchi rap, took on a new and unusual sound when performed by the ensemble's soloists.

The song "We Serve Our Motherland" (by N. Smirnov and S. Kardaev) was performed by the choir and soloists of the ensemble, Evgeny Yakhin and Alexey Kholyavko.

At the end of the concert, the choir, orchestra and soloists of the Academic Song and Dance Ensemble of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation under the direction of artistic director and chief conductor, People's Artist of Russia, Major General Viktor Eliseev patriotic song "Glory" from Mikhail Glinka's opera "Ivan Susanin" as the anthem of Russia, spring, life!

The event was organized by the Federal Service of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation and the Government of St. Petersburg, with the support of the State Corporations Rostec and Roscosmos, and Rosoboronexport JSC.
