A concert of the Ensemble took place in Sochi as part of the Rosgvardiya boxing championship "Victory Cup"

In Russia, it is difficult to find a person who has not visited Sochi at least once. "Garden City", "City of the Sun", "Land of Magnolias", "Pearl of the Black Sea", and even "Southern Capital" of Russia – Russians use all sorts of epithets to describe this wonderful city!

Modern Sochi is not only an All–Russian health resort, not only the largest resort, but also one of the most athletic cities in Russia.

Since May 15, 2024, the attention of all boxing fans has been focused on an important sporting event taking place in Sochi – the Boxing Championship of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation “Victory Cup”. More than 70 best boxers from all districts of the National Guard took part in the championship, many of them are champions and prize–winners of Russia, Europe and the World.

In Winter Theatre of the city of Sochi, which has become a kind of cultural symbol of the city today, on May 17, 2024, there was a festive atmosphere – as part of the "Victory Cup", a concert was held here Academic Order "For Merit in Culture and Arts" Ensemble of Song and Dance of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation under the direction of the Artistic Director and Chief Conductor, People's Artist of Russia, Major General Victor Eliseev.

The concert program was very diverse – it included both songs from the war years, popular songs by Soviet authors, and works by young composers and poets.

The opening concert "Artillerymen's March" (V. Gusev – T. Khrennikov), performed by the Ensemble's choir and orchestra, set the "major key" for the entire event.

The audience warmly received the performance of songs beloved by several generations of Russians: "Let's have a smoke" (M. Tabachnikov – I. Frenkel, soloist – People's Artist of Russia Natalia Eliseeva), " Song of War Correspondents "(M. Blanter – K. Simonov, soloist–Honored Artist of the Republic of Dagestan Alexey Kholyavko), "Smuglyanka" (A. Novikov – Ya. Shvedov, soloist–Honored Artist of the Republic of Ingushetia Grigory Yakovlevmedley on the themes of soldiers 'songs" Soldier's Suite "(composition by A. Kukharenko, soloistsHonored Artist of the Republic of North Ossetia – Alania Evgeny Yakhin, Honored Artist of the Kabardino–Balkar Republic Alexander Kochov, Honored Artist of the Republic of Ingushetia Igor Safonov, ensemble artists: Mikhail Mamonov, Konstantin Kuzmin, Alexey Bosykh and Viktor Lezhnin), medley on the themes of songs from the repertoire of Leonid Utesov (composition by Honored Artist of Russia Alexey Mazanov, soloists–People's Artist of Russia Natalia Eliseeva, Honored Artist of Russia Alexey Dmitriev, Honored Artists of the Republic of North Ossetia–Alania Pavel Pushshkin and Mikhail Zaraev, soloist of the Ensemble Mikhail Mamonov), songs "Argo" (A.Basilaya – D. Bagashvili) from the musical "Argonauts" and " I'll go out with a Horse in the field at night "(I. Matvienko – A. Shaganov) performed by the vocal octet of the Ensemble (director–Honored Artist of Russia Sergey Bazylko), as well as the old Russian march "Song of Russian Glory" (V. Savelyev–A. Fedotov; soloists – Honored Artist of the Republic of North Ossetia – AlaniaEvgeny Yakhin,Dmitry Dolgiy,Daniil Marakhin, Honored Artist of the Republic of IngushetiaGrigory Yakovlev) and the Russian romance " Not for Me "(N. Devitte – A. Molchanov; soloist–Honored Artist of the Republic of Ingushetia Igor Safonov).

The performance of humorous songs added a touch of fun to the festive atmosphere: "I'll take you to the tundra" (M. Fradkin – M. Plyatskovsky, soloists–Honored Artists of the Republic of Buryatia Ruslan Samozhapov and Norpol Tsydenov) and "Boys Went on a Spree" (S. Pavliashvili–A. Shakhunts; soloists–Honored Artist of Russia Alexey Dmitriev and Honored Artist of the Republic of Dagestan Alexey Kholyavko) and the vocal and choreographic composition " Gypsy fantasia" (composition and arrangement by I. Golubev and I. Kadomtsev, choreography by Artur Bogdanov, soloists–People's Artist of Russia Natalia Eliseeva, Honored Artist of Russia Alexey Dmitriev, Evgeny Nasonov).

No one was left indifferent musical numbers: "Home with Victory" (directed by Honored Artist of Russia A. Safronov, processing A. Zarkov) and "Valor and Honor" (music and words A. Zaitsev, directed by Honored Artist of the Republic of North Ossetia – Alania Ivan Zhelnov, soloist – Honored Artist of Russia Alexey Dmitriev).

The solemn song "Victory Day" (D. Tukhmanov – V. Kharitonov) together with the artists of the Song and Dance Ensemble of Rosgvardiya and its soloist–Honored Artist of the Republic of IngushetiaGrigory Yakovlev– was sung standing by the entire hall.

The concert traditionally ended with the "Farewell to the Slavonic" march (V. Agapkin – A. Fedotov), performed by the Ensemble's choir and orchestra.

The audience did not let the Ensemble's performers leave the stage for a long time, thanking them with prolonged and enthusiastic applause.

Choir group of the Children's Ensemble at the "Voices of Victory. Leningrad" competition

The choir group of the studio (children's ensemble) took part in the International competition "Voices of Victory. Leningrad", which was held from 8 to 11 May in St. Petersburg. In this competition, teams and solo performers from more than 10 cities competed. The choir group performed in the mixed age category and sang the songs "Childhood" by Y. Chichkov and "I Want There to Be No War" by A. Petryasheva. The jury highly appreciated the performance level of the children. As a result of the competition, the studio's choir group (children's ensemble) won the Grand Prix of the competition, and its choirmasters, Tatiana Pankova, Alexander Mironov, and Daniil Krylov, received special diplomas for their achievements in teaching!

Mixed Choir of the Children's Ensemble at the X Festival of Veteran Choirs

On May 10, 2026, the mixed choir of the studio (children's ensemble) performed at the opening gala concert of the 10th Moscow Open Festival of Veteran Choirs, dedicated to the 85th anniversary of the Battle of Moscow, in the Great Hall of the Meridian Central Concert Hall. The choir performed the following works: "The Song of the Soviet Army" by A. Alexandrov, lyrics by O. Kolychev, "Only You Could, My Russia" by S. Tulikov, lyrics by G. Khodosov, the Patriotic Song "Moscow" by M. Glinka, and "Be Happy, People!" by A. Pakhmutova, lyrics by N. Dobronravov. The event opened with a performance by the combined choirs of all the participating choirs, which included the songs "My Moscow" by I. Dunaevsky, lyrics by M. Lisyansky, "The Song of the Defenders of Moscow" by B. Mokrousov, lyrics by A. Surkov, and "My Dear Muscovites" by I. Dunaevsky, lyrics by V. Massa and M. Chevinsky.
