Patriotic education of the younger generation, development of national spiritual traditions, preservation of the continuity of generations - these are the noble goals of the Children's Patriotic Song Festival of the Troops of the National Guard of the Russian Federation, held annually since 2016.

Young talents aged 7 to 18 years take part in the qualifying rounds of the Festival, held throughout the year in all districts of the Russian Guard troops; many of them are children of the Russian Guard servicemen and police officers, cadets of cadet schools, members of youth military-patriotic organizations. At the end of the year, the best participants of the festival come to the final event in Moscow.

The final stage of the IX Festival of Children's Patriotic Songs of the Troops of the National Guard of the Russian Federation, which is taking place these days in the Central Club of the Russian Guard in Moscow with the support of the ANO "Pobedonosets", involves 19 performers and creative groups.

Chairman of the jury - artist of the song and dance ensemble ODON of the National Guard troops, Honored Artist of Russia Anatoly Dorovskikh.

The jury faces a difficult task - to choose winners in three nominations: "Solo singing (7 - 12 years old)", "Solo singing (13 - 18 years old)" and "Vocal ensembles".

The program of festival performances presented to the jury on December 17, 2024 included two numbers prepared by the Children's Studio of the "Eliseevsky" Ensemble: the composition "I am proud that I was born in Russia" (music and lyrics by Yaroslav Sumishevsky), performed by the mixed choir of the Children's Studio and the Russian folk song "Razinya Flea" arranged by Alexander Doluhanyan and performed by 15-year-old Philip Remizov.

The day after tomorrow, December 19, there will be a solemn awards ceremony for the winners and a gala concert of the Festival participants.
