and Communal Services Development Forum

The most important strategic tasks for the development of housing and communal services and the capital repair of apartment buildings were discussed at the All-Russian Housing and Communal Services Development Forum X of the Jubilee All-Russian Congress of Regional Capital Repair Operators, held in Moscow on September 17-20, 2025.

As part of the forum's cultural program, a concert featuring popular Russian pop artists took place on September 18, 2025, at the Moscow Concert Hall.

The Song and Dance Ensemble of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation, conducted by the artistic director and chief conductor, People's Artist of Russia, Major General, Hero of Labor of Russia Viktor Eliseev, performed musical compositions that have long been loved by Russians: "You are My Russia" (S. Tulikov – S. Ostrovoy, soloist-People's Artist of Russia Natalia Eliseeva) and medley on the themes of soldiers 'songs" Soldier's Suite "(composition by A. Kukharenko, soloists-Honored Artist of the Kabardino-Balkar Republic Alexander Kochov, Honored Artist of the Republic of Ingushetia Igor Safonov, Honored Artists of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania Mikhail Zaraev and Evgeny Yakhin, artists of the ensemble: Konstantin Kuzmin, Denis Khludnev, Alexey Bosykh, Mikhail Mamonov, and Viktor Lezhnin).

A long creative friendship connects the Ensemble's collective with the People's Artist of Russia, singer and composer Oleg Gazmanov. In today's concert, Oleg Gazmanov's uplifting song "Forward, Russia!" was performed accompanied by the Ensemble's choir and orchestra.

The concert was hosted by People's Artist of Russia Vladimir Berezin and TV presenter Svetlana Zeynalova.

On the eve of Russia Day, the Ensemble performed at the GKD

On the eve of our country's main holiday, Russia Day, a gala concert "My Home is Russia" was held at the State Kremlin Palace on June 11, 2026. The concert became a bright event that brought together outstanding artists on one stage, whose names are known to every lover of Russian pop music. Lev Leshchenko, Oleg Gazmanov, Igor Nikolaev, Stas Mikhailov, Grigory Leps, Alexander Buinov, Alexander Marshal, Askar Abdrazakov, Dima Bilan, Polina Gagarina, Pelageya, Anita Tsoi, Denis Maidanov, Gleb Matveychuk, Olga Kormukhina and other performers and musical groups gave the audience an unforgettable evening.  The program featured works that make up the Golden Fund of Russian Song culture – soulful songs about the Motherland, about love for native nature, about friendship, family, and eternal human values. The performance of the Academic Order "For Merits in Culture and Art" by the Song and Dance Ensemble of the National Guard of the Russian Federation under the direction of the artistic director and chief conductor, People's Artist of Russia, Hero of Labor of Russia, Major General Viktor Eliseev was a great success with the audience.

The Ensemble's Concert in the Cathedral Hall of the Cathedral of Christ the Savior

One of the largest military artistic groups in the country, the Academic Order of Merit in Culture and Art Ensemble of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation, led by its artistic director and chief conductor, People's Artist of Russia, Hero of Labor of Russia, Major General Viktor Yeliseyev, places great importance on its charitable concert activities. The Ensemble's artists perform for military personnel and employees of the National Guard, veterans of the Great Patriotic War, participants in the special military operation, and their families, as well as for soldiers undergoing treatment in hospitals and residents of various regions of the country as part of patriotic and social initiatives. A significant event in the cultural life of the capital was the charity concert of the Ensemble, held on June 9, 2026, in the Cathedral Hall of the Cathedral of Christ the Savior. This is the fourth charity evening organized by the Moscow City Organization of the All-Russian Trade Union of Education as part of the "Support Our!" campaign.
