140 kilometers from Moscow, in the Volokolamsk municipal district, in the heart of the forest, there is a true oasis of peace, harmony, and health – the Fedosino sanatorium of the National Guard of the Russian Federation. Since its first guests arrived in 1978, the Fedosino sanatorium has become one of the favorite vacation spots for National Guardsmen and their families. Every year, hundreds of National Guardsmen come here to improve their health. Special attention is given to veterans of military operations and participants in special military operations.

It has become a good tradition to perform at Fedosino by the Academic Order of Merit in Culture and the Arts of the Ensemble of Songs and Dances of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation under the direction of the Artistic Director and Chief Conductor of the Ensemble, People's Artist of Russia, Hero of Labor of Russia, Major General Viktor Eliseev.

The ensemble's repertoire is very diverse. It includes songs from the war years, works by Soviet composers, classical music, and folk songs and dances. However, the ensemble's concert programs are primarily based on patriotic compositions.

The concert in Fedosino opened with the uplifting composition "Flag of My State" by Denis Maydanov (soloist – Roman Nepomnyashchy).

No one was left indifferent to the musical performances that are an integral part of every performance by the band. This is the " Song of the Gunners "(music by T. Khrennikov, music by V. Gusev), performed by the choir and orchestra of the Ensemble, "Song of Russian Glory" (music by S. Babloev, music by A. Fedotov, soloists-Honored Artist of the Republic of North Ossetia – Alania Evgeny Yakhin, Honored Artist of the Republic of Ingushetia Grigory Yakovlev, Dmitry Dolgiy,Daniil Marakhin), medley on themes of soldiers ' songs (composition by A. Samoilov, soloist - Igor Safonov) and "Valor and Honor" (music and lyrics by A. Zaitsev, directed by Honored Artist of Russia Ivan Zhelnov, soloist - Honored Artist of Russia Alexey Dmitriev)

The audience applauded for a long time the artists who performed the Russian folk song "Down the Mother River, along the Volga" (arranged by V. Belyaev, soloist-Alexander Starodubrovsky), a medley on Belarusian songs (composition by Gleb Kardasevich, soloists-Alexander Kochov, Grigory Yakovlev, Viktor Lezhnin, Konstantin Kuzmin, Alexey Bosykh), a cheerful Russian dance "Open-mouthed" (staged by Viktor Kopylov) and "Fantasy on the themes of Love Songs" performed by the Balalaika quartet, which includes laureates of international competitions Kirill Lavrushkin, Ivan Pivovarov, Rifat Akchurin and (quartet leader) Ivan Stepanov.

A touch of good humor in the solemn atmosphere of the concert was brought by the performance of the variety song "Zagulyali boys" (music and lyrics by A. Kasiev, soloists – Honored Artist of Russia Alexey Dmitriev and Honored Artist of the Republic of Dagestan Alexey Kholyavko).

The concert ended with the performance of Oleg Gazmanov's composition "I Was Born in the Soviet Union" (performed by the Honored Artist of Russia Alexey Dmitriev and the Honored Artist of the Republic of Dagestan Alexey Kholyavko). Interestingly, many audience members, including those who were born after the collapse of the Soviet Union, joined in the singing along with the Ensemble's artists.

Throughout the concert, the conductor was the head of the orchestra of the Ensemble, Honored Artist of Russia Alexey Mazanov.

The concert was hosted by the Ensemble's artist Roman Khudyakov.

At the end of the performance, the Ensemble was awarded a commendation from the head of the Fedosino sanatorium, Lieutenant Colonel of Medical Service Dmitry Zakharov, “for conducting a concert for vacationers and military personnel who have arrived for medical and psychological rehabilitation, their family members, and the sanatorium staff”.
