The ensemble took part in a concert in honor of the 10th anniversary of the Russian National Guard

In the spring of 2026, our country is preparing to celebrate a significant event: April 5 marks the 10th anniversary of the establishment of the Federal Service of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation (by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin No. 158 dated April 5, 2016).

These 10 years of the National Guard's existence have witnessed truly historic events. Throughout these years, the department's most advanced units, such as the Mobile Special Purpose Units (OMON) and Special Rapid Response Units (SBR), have successfully fulfilled and continue to fulfill complex tasks related to counterterrorism and public order, including in the Special Military Operation (SVO) zone. The National Guard provides security for major international events, controls the circulation of weapons, and protects important strategic facilities in Russia and even abroad (such as the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan). The National Guard's Engineering and Technical Support Center develops advanced equipment for engineers, robotic mine clearance systems, and other military technologies.

The gala event dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the National Guard took place on March 27, 2026, at the State Kremlin Palace.

At the beginning of the event, the State Flag of the Russian Federation and the Rosgvardia Banner were brought to the stage to the sound of the "Meeting March".

The President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin addressed the audience. He congratulated the personnel and veterans of the National Guard of the Russian Federation on their professional holiday and noted that in its 10 years of existence, the Russian National Guard has become a “reliable and necessary link in the system of ensuring the safety of citizens, society, and the entire country”.

Vladimir Putin noted the special contribution of the National Guard in the fight against terrorism and extremism, as well as against crime in general, including its most dangerous manifestations — organized groups and the drug business.

The President of Russia expressed special gratitude to the participants of the special military operation (SVO), who are currently in combat positions.

Vladimir Putin presented the personal standard to the Director of the Federal Service of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation — Commander-in-Chief of the National Guard Troops, Hero of Russia, Army General Viktor Zolotov. Vladimir Vladimirovich called the standard a special badge of honor and noted that it, like the banner, flag and emblem of the National Guard, will become another symbol of the continuity of traditions in the law enforcement troops.

Viktor Zolotov, receiving the personal standard from the hands of Vladimir Putin, warmly thanked him for the trust placed in him.

“Today, I am particularly proud to accept the personal standard, as the power of loyalty to the service and military duty and personal responsibility for the leadership of the National Guard troops. Rosgvardia protects the law and order of the state and society, the rights and freedoms of citizens. And I want to assure that the National Guard troops are firmly guarding the state and society,” said in his response, the Director of Rosgvardia Viktor Zolotov.

The musical gifts to the military personnel, veterans, and civilian staff of the National Guard, dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the agency's establishment, were presented at a festive concert held on this significant day at the country's main stage.

All the numbers of the concert program were performed today accompanied by the orchestra and choir of the Academic Order of Merit in Culture and Arts of the Ensemble of Songs and Dances of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation under the direction of the Artistic Director and Chief Conductor, People's Artist of Russia, Major General, Hero of Labor of Russia Viktor Eliseev.

The Ensemble's choir and ballet group performed the vocal and choreographic composition "Valor and Honor" (music and lyrics by A. Zaitsev, directed by Honored Artist of Russia Ivan Zhelnov, soloist - Honored Artist of Russia Alexey Dmitriev).

The concert program is traditionally based on works of military and patriotic themes: "The Flag of My State" (music by D. Maydanov, soloist – People's Artist of Russia Denis Maydanov), "Soul Open" (music by Ya. Dronova, soloist – SHAMAN), "My Homeland" (music by D. Maydanov, soloist-People's Artist of Russia Denis Maydanov). and sl. d. Govasari, soloist-Alexandra Vorobyova), " We are the Guard of Russia "(music and sl. A. Minkova, soloist-Honored Artist of Russia Alexander Marshal), "When we were at war" (music by V. Stolyarova, sl. d. Samoylova, soloist-Honored Artist of Russia Viktor Sorokin), "Victory Dance" (musical arrangement by A. Zarkov), "Matushka" (music by P. Andreeva, soloist – Tatyana Kurtukova), " Work, brothers! "(music by V. Genova, music by R. Ostashko, M. Nurbagandova, soloist-Ruslan Ostashko) (with with the participation of the group "Platoon" of the Separate Operational Division named after F. E. Dzerzhinskiy of the National Guard of the Russian Federation), "Officers" (music by S. Kovalsky, soloist – Honored Artist of Russia Maria Voronova), "Awarded the Order of Battle" (music by M. Muromov, music by A. Monastyrev, O. Pisarzhevskaya soloist-People's Artist of the RSFSR Alexander Mikhailov), " We are the Peoples of Russia "(music by I. Magdy, sl. I. Euphoria, soloist – People's Artist of Russia Larisa Dolina).

The performance of the artistic director and chief conductor of the Ensemble, People's Artist of Russia and Hero of Labor of Russia Viktor Eliseev, who performed the song "Memory" by G. Movsesyan with lyrics by R. Rozhdestvensky, was particularly successful among the audience who attended the festive concert at the Grand Kremlin Palace today.

"The Great Distance" – this composition by E. Ptichkin on the verses of R. Rozhdestvensky, performed with a deep sense of the soloist of the Ensemble, People's Artist of Russia Natalia Eliseeva, became, without exaggeration, the brightest number of today's concert.

Together with the orchestra, choir, and ballet group of the Rosgvardia Song and Dance Ensemble, popular performers Lev Leshchenko, People's Artist of the RSFSR, Alexander Buinov, People's Artist of Russia, and Honored Artists of Russia performed at the country's main concert venue: Sergey Volchkov, Maria Voronova, Pelageya, Zara, as well as Suren Platonov, Elena Maksimova, Yaroslav Sumishevsky, rapper MACAN, Alexey Tatarintsev, the Moscow Song Theatre "Yar", the creative center of Angelina Shkarupina "Brosko", the ballet of Alla Dukhova "Todes", the Art-group "Soprano of the Turkish", the children's musical theatre "Domisolka" and others.

The concert ended with the patriotic song "Forward, Russia!" by Oleg Gazmanov (performed by Oleg Gazmanov).

The audience did not let the artists leave the stage for a long time, thanking them with prolonged applause.

The concert was hosted by Honored Artists of Russia Ekaterina Guseva and Alexander Marshal.
