of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia on the 40th
anniversary of the establishment of the institution

At the end of January 2026, the staff of Polyclinic No. 2 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia celebrates a significant date – exactly 40 years ago, on January 27, 1986, the Central Polyclinic No. 2 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR was established on the basis of a branch of the Central Polyclinic No. 1 (45 Lomonosovsky Prospekt). Over the four decades of its existence, the polyclinic has transformed into a modern medical facility that meets the latest requirements for the quality of medical services.

The main task of the Polyclinic is to maintain the health and performance of employees of the internal affairs bodies and their family members. Today, the Polyclinic employs about 150 doctors of various specialties, including 25 people who hold the proud title of "Honored Doctor of the Russian Federation"; patients receive a wide range of medical services.

A wonderful gift to the medical staff and employees of the Polyclinic for the glorious anniversary was the concert of the Academic Order of Merit in Culture and Art of the Ensemble of Song and Dance of the National Guard Troops of the Russian Federation, led by the Artistic Director and Chief Conductor, People's Artist of Russia, Major General, Hero of Labor of Russia Viktor Eliseev, held on January 29, 2026.

The concert opened with the patriotic song "Flag of My State" (music and lyrics by D. Maidanov), performed by the soloist of the Ensemble Roman Nepomnyashchikh.

The audience – doctors, nurses and staff of the Polyclinic-warmly received works of civil lyrics - "Hot Snow" (A. Pakhmutova – M. Lviv, soloist-Daniil Marakhin) and "When we were at war" (V. Stolyarov – D. Samoilov, soloist-Roman Nepomnyashchikh), songs loved by several generations of Russians – "The Black-eyed Cossack "(M. Blanter – I. Selvinsky, soloist – Honored Artist of the Republic of Ingushetia Grigory Yakovlev), "Blue Eternity" (M. Magomaev –G. Kozlovsky, soloist-Daniil Marakhin), "Swan Fidelity" (E. Martynov – A. Dementyev, soloist-Grigory Yakovlev), two songs performed by the honored artist In Russia by Andrey Novozhilov – "How delightful evenings are in Russia" (A. Dobronravov – V. Pelenyagre) and "Bend of the Yellow Guitar" (music and lyrics by O. Mityaev), as well as-modern compositions - "Let's Pray for our Parents" (S. Pavliashvili – K. Gubin, soloist-Honored Artist of Russia Alexey Dmitriev) and two songs by A. Aleksin performed by Konstantin Kuzmin – "Just give" and "Let the world be ruled by love".

The audience's (mostly female) thunderous applause was a reward for the balalaika quartet (led by Ivan Stepanov), who brilliantly performed a medley of love songs.

The performance by the Ensemble's dance group, which performed the choreographic composition "On the Bridge" (directed by People's Artist of Russia M. Godenko and arranged by M. Press), was a great success.

The concert ended with the song "People in White Robes" (E. Kolmanovsky – L. Oshanin, soloist – Alexey Dmitriev).

At the end of the concert, the head of Polyclinic No. 2 of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, Colonel of Police Vasily Milov, addressed the Ensemble with words of gratitude.

The performance of the artists of the Rosgvardia Academic Ensemble in front of the Polyclinic staff on days of celebration has already become a good tradition. Your art is a real gift to the doctors and the entire staff of the Polyclinic. We are proud of our friendship and always look forward to new meetings with you,” said Vasily Yegorovich in his address to the artists.

Participation in a festival dedicated to the composer A. P. Averkin

One of the glorious traditions of Russian musical culture is the annual (since 1997) All-Russian Festival of Folk Art in memory of Alexander Averkin, an Honored Artist of Russia and a composer, held in the Sasovo Municipal District of the Ryazan Region. In 2026, the XXIX All-Russian Festival of Folk Art, dedicated to the composer A.P. Averkin, combines two themes. The main theme of the event is the memory and creative legacy of Alexander Petrovich Averkin, the author of over 800 works that remain popular today. But the fact that this year's festival is being held in the composer's homeland gives it a special significance. Exactly 100 years ago, in the summer of 1926, the village of Sasovo was officially declared a city by the Presidium of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee.
